Professionals at Clarity periodically work as a team with Horizons Behavioral Health to provide training and service in the wrap-around system in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. This program is specific to children and adolescents with autism spectrum diagnoses. Wrap-around is a behavioral health service provided with the goal of helping children and adolescents to live in their homes and communities. Horizons offers a full range of Behavioral Health and Rehabilitation Services (BHRS) that families can access in their homes, in their child's school and in the community.

Horizons believes that each child has a support system that includes their family, friends, school and community. It is our goal together to provide BHRS to children while maintaining an emphasis on the strengths and needs of each child's support systems. Clarity provides training and staffing for special cases in a dynamic partnership as Behavioral Specialist Consultants (BSC). In Wrap-Around programs, the BSC serves as the team leader. The BSC is responsible for assessing the strengths and needs of the child and their support system by creating a treatment plan that includes treatment goals for the child along with the methods that will be used to achieve those goals.
