Clarity offers intensive early intervention service for children birth to five. We focus on communication and verbal behavior, learning readiness, and reduction of problem behaviors. Social attending and play skills are also core components of the program. We offer families a cohesive system of in-home education and behavior management to maximize basic learner skills and facilitate progress.
This service is quite valuable for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, as early intervention offers the most effective tools for long-term growth and independence. Areas of treatment include:
Staffing of home programs is flexible. Although we have experienced staff people who may be available in your area, we will also work with an existing or current team to increase skills and teaching ability. Consultation and intervention are not meant to be long-term events. Our involvement is typically 2-3 years and we remain focused on our goal of fading out our intensive support as children are prepared for school. Parents and teachers will be supported and empowered to take over teaching on a daily basis.
