In recognition of the demands of special education, early intervention, and behavioral health administrators, Clarity has worked hard to create a system of accurate documentation and billing. Over the years, we have taken the feedback of each provider and improved the timeliness and efficiency of clinical documents and billing information. As a consequence, we provide consistent documentation, in triplicate, on our own forms. However, we are happy to utilize specific documentation forms from your organization. Billing is prompt and easy to understand, facilitating tracking of service in accordance with laws and regulations. We track service on a weekly basis to ensure that contracted services are provided as described.

Additional documents and reports are available. Specialized billing reports and clinical visit copies are available with a quick turn-around time, should you need a particular document or type of information. We archive all documents in both paper and electronic formats to protect your information and assure accessibility. If requested as part of a contract, Clarity staff can provide monthly updates of client progress to your organization. Clarity can also quickly provide to you proof of liability insurance and business registration. Schools and agencies will find us to be reliably responsive when asked to fill out forms or sign invoices.

As an integral part of our client service systems, we solicit regular feedback from stakeholders. Information provided guides our practice so we are most repsonsive and flexible to trends, regulatory changes, and customer suggestions.  Online acceptance and tracking of referrals, client jobs, and information allows real-time and accurate action, ensuring timely completion of requests.
